Job Description

We are looking for an associate with a strong sense of commitment and efficiency to join our investment advisory practice. This office of the company works with select developers and investors to guide them through making better decisions about their investment in real estate. At this practice, we value business intuition and professionalism and strive to make an impact on the urban landscape. You work with the head of the practice to help with financial analysis and any sort of supporting research, data collection and industry analysis. You have room to work and grow into more complex competencies.

Requirements

● Working understanding of economics, especially microeconomics at MBA or other financial or management master’s level, including knowledge of financial statements, modeling, and operations research. ● Information literacy and strong skills in preparing reports, executive and full. ● Working knowledge of English. ● Minimum 3 years of work experience. ● Innovation, creativity, and solution-orientation. ● We expect remarkable office etiquette.
