Job Description

● Provide the finance director with required essential and necessary reports and/or presentations and update relevant databases, as well. ● Support administrative and financial tasks, including monthly financial reports, compiling data, researching information, preparing statistical data, bookkeeping and etc. ● Respond to telephone calls, relaying messages to the finance director or other required parties, and handle incoming communications such as email and formal letters. ● Receive, check and distribute related incoming/ referred emails and/or papers and follow them until meeting the desired results. ● Arrange the finance director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and their needed agendas in line with his plans and priorities. ● Make travel arrangements and all prerequisites (Embassy interview reservation, make a contribution to gathering required documents for visa and embassy interview, ticket, accommodation, pick–up and transfer) for the finance director's travels if needed. ● Manage appropriate preparations (Agenda, invitation, location positioning, refreshments and meals, travel accommodation, if needed) for holding the finance director meetings. ● Liaise with relevant organizations, banks, insurance, etc. ● Attend finance meetings to record minutes upon the finance director's advice and maintain all important documents related to these meetings.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting. ● Minimum 3 years of experience in the related fields; preferably in FMCG or pharmaceutical industries. ● Knowledge of administrative tasks. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). ● Detail-oriented. ● Time management skills.
