Job Description

- Gather and analyze data obtained from the internal / external business environment; - Analyze all the brand Key Performance Indicators (KPI); - Analyze quantitative study and come up with sound actions and conclusions; - Run qualitative research projects and summarize the learning in a clear way; - Assist in setting brand strategies and show good understanding of the subject; - Assist in developing TV copy projects and non-TV advertising projects; - Develop packaging artwork from design to execution; - Lead promotion projects from design to execution; - Conduct pricing analysis and recommend specific actions; - Design and implement POSM projects; - Conduct new product development project with independence and effective results (new size, new product without major re-launch); - Conduct data analysis and prepare competition reports leading to specific actions; - Assist in media planning and understands its fundamentals; - Prepare project budgets and maintain his level of spending within agreed budget;

Requirements

Academic and professional qualifications: - At least Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management or related areas - Possesses a commercial acumen - Excellent with numbers and analysis - Fluent spoken & written English Experience: More than 6 years relevant experience in marketing
