• Identify market needs based on market research and prepare initial proposal for development of new or existing products. • Ensure that all products meet both potential and current customer needs. • Continuous review of the market, identify trends, monitor products and evolution of competitors in the industry. • Active cooperation with different departments in order to ensure fulfillment of business objectives of owned brand. • Hold meetings and contact with associated departments to develop various strategies about products, ranging from artworks, packing, price, brand, product testing and etc. • Develop strategies associated with each product based on current state of the products, the organization’s strategies, the objectives of sales and market needs. • Review information about market trends to help MMP decision making process • Help to shape the public image of the company and its products through branding strategies that are used for promotional or informational purposes. • Assist in developing and executing promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters.
• Minimum BSc, preferably in Management, MBA, Marketing • Marketing principles • Sales Principles • Category & Brand Vision • Innovative Media Strategy & Execution • Independent problem solver • Good customer orientation • Working proficiency in English (Writing, Reading, Communication)
