• Provide technical support to Company's development and Asset's Maintenance.
• Check list and audit, maintenance and preventive maintenance organization.
• Regularly observe properties for potential repairs and upkeep
Requirements
• Technical background about commercial operation equipment, such as:
Gondola, cold system, fit out (electricity, plumbing, gas, masonry) ,construction , air conditioning system, firefighting equipment and security system, carpentry, lift and escalator.
• Industrial experience: production, organization and control, food safety and hygiene
• Negotiation skill
• AutoCAD.
• At least 3 years of experiences.
• Preferably Graduated in Engineering.
