Job Description
-Participation in Inventory processes, Stock Control, Asset Collection and investigation, Inspection NOTE, GRN & Issue, Consumption, Etc. -Coordinate packing equipment and get them ready for moving to projects. -Budget control and verification -Issue and record receiving transport materials and assets in software. -Find and research on assets condition by auditing and analyzing in software. -Investigation and analysis of site warehouse and assets (requires many days mission and accommodation on operational sites)
Requirements
Education: - Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or any other related fields Experience: - At least 5 years’ experience in the warehousing and Asset Collections & Investigations Property Knowledge: - Knowledge of MESC Coding. - Warehouse fundamentals - Inventory processes - Stock Control and Asset Collection standards Skill: - ICDL (Excel, Word, Visio …) - ERP - English (Writing, reading and speaking) - Numerical fundamentals (ability of counting assets and inventory items) Attitude: - Commitment, Integrity and Knowledgeable approach (Dana Energy core Values) - Analytic - Creative - Ambiguity tolerance
