As an Assembly /Packaging Support Engineer you are responsible for participate in development and review of SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) in the area, ensuring that SOPs are developed in a cLEAN (continuous improvement approach) way and are process based in accordance with company requirements and procedures. Managing change control of SOPs, Handling change request as change request owner, affected party and action owner, handling VNCs and deviations through the whole investigation cycle, including identification and track of incidents, necessary risk assessment and implementation of corrective/preventive actions and effectiveness checks are also your duty. You are also responsible for full participation in “Inspections and Audits”, audit preparation including those leading to PQ and submission to authorities. On the other hand you are responsible for reviewing logbooks, being an expert of the equipment, preparing, reviewing and comment on approval of validation documentation is also your responsibility. Assisting and planning of execution of validation and qualification test activities, providing knowledge to frame product documents and ensuring the link to the validation documentation, helping and supporting on finding root cause in consumer complaint cases is also your responsibilities.
