Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and driven Senior Art Director who loves working in a fast-paced, high energy environment to support the Netbina production teams to deliver delighted deliverables. The ideal candidate will share experimental notions with the teams on a daily basis, iterating, and developing new concepts. This role reports directly to the Creative Director. Responsibilities: ● Complete design & motion projects from conception to delivery, working closely with production supervisors and managers ● Establish efficient processes for graphical requests and delivery of visual products. ● Working with multiple account managers for different clients, each with unique needs to lead and guide the production team through a streamlined concept ● Develop and direct the overall look or style of publication such as motion, static, film set, and all other visual components related to a campaign and advertising plan ● Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, videos and graphics developed by other staff members ● Coordinate activities with other relevant departments such as creative team, and accounts ● Determine how best to represent a concept visually ● Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, motions, and graphics ● Be in touch with different clients to provide their needs

Requirements

Skills and Requirements: ● Flexible, quick-thinking, entrepreneurial, creative, and collaborative ● Self-starter and deadline-oriented ● have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as it will be a key point of contact for teams ● work well as part of a team, with a range of people ● have excellent computer skills in the relevant art and design software packages ● be able to work under pressure ● be highly motivated and well organized ● have a good eye for detail ● be able to see other people's point of view and cope with criticism ● Adaptive and open to changing project scopes or simultaneous deadlines ● Ability to juggle many projects at once with a positive attitude and effective crisis management skills ● Creative with concepts and initiatives to achieve the right media output ● 4+ years of professional design experience ● Excellent illustration and typography skills ● Motion graphics skills are a plus ● In-depth understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
