POSITION SUMMARY
To develop & lead Distributors Sales Team, ensuring efficient and effective field executions, implementing sales and distribution strategies in assigned territories
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Responsible for achieving Sales and Distribution targets per category for the assigned area
- Ensure the implementation of Visibility Plans as per the company's Merchandising guidelines within the assigned area by the efficient use of POP materials.
- Develop and manage the long-term effective business relationship with the distributors
- Responsible for onboarding and functional capabilities development of Distributors Salesforce
- Review journey plans, customers master data and customer classification twice a year, to ensure the operational effectiveness of the team.
- Responsible for providing quality inputs for MBPC cycle and forecasting at branch level
- Responsible to provide timely and quality information on marketing intelligence (e.g. Competitions activities, Market Dynamic)
- Ensure quality implementation/monitoring of customer-level activities and proposing new activities/schemes
- Propose and implement Motivational Plan for Distributors Salesforce
- Continuous alignment/insight exchange with Medical & Brand team to ensure full alignment between Sales & Brand team
- Ensure escalation process is in place to attain full alignment between Distributors Branch and Distributors HO
