Job Description

● Act as the ‘business owner’ across different categories and markets, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact the marketplace side of the express business. ● Develop and execute optimal assortment strategy, pricing, promotions, range, availability, and cost prices to expand both sales and margin for each country. ● Work closely with vendors to ensure categories have the optimal selection and availability (ATP) and strategically competitive prices in the market. ● Improve coverage with the best assortment availability through replacing low-performance vendors or finding proper vendors and sign-up with them. ● Employ data-driven decision-making to drive the assortment. Provide insight to the commercial team and work closely with the supply chain to supply high demand and low stock products for vendors. ● Lead negotiation with vendors to get proper deals based on insights to improve share in campaigns. ● Define high-demand shopping lists based on vendors' capabilities to show on vendors' pages to increase conversion rate and sales.

Requirements

● At least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales management. ● Superb business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management. ● Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. ● Strong analytical skills. ● Proficiency in working with data. ● Great communication skills (both oral and written) are a must. ● Mastery of MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint). ● An e-commerce background is preferred.
