Job Description

- Full implementation of company strategies, policies and tasks in line with its monthly and yearly sales plan and stretch targets in defined region of supervision via all active sales channels with the aim to achieve company sales - Cascading the sales plan to action plan for related accounts - Regular visit of accounts and their markets along with proposing solutions proactively to enable them to achieve their targets - Continuous analysis of the markets and all main accounts in the market for finding the best replacement and future accounts - Organizing and supervising the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the construction section activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy - Supervising the day-to-day operations of sales to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing or other business-related fields - 3 - 4 years relevant experience in FMCG-Food Industries - Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills - Effective time-management & scheduling skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously - Strong negotiation/ presentation Skills - English proficiency is a plus - Capable of frequent traveling within the country
