Job Description

● Maintain and increase the sales of the company’s products and reach the targets and goals set for your area. ● Establish, maintain and expand your customer base. ● Regularly review sales data and create reports for the sales manager. ● Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivate members to meet or exceed sales targets. ● Communicate actively with sales teams in a given area to help foster a team environment. ● Recruit, manage, train, and provide overall guidance to the sales team. ● Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers. ● Keep up to date with products and competitors.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field is preferred. ● 5 years of experience in FMCG sales. ● Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills. ● Effective communication and negotiation skills. ● Exceptional customer service skills. ● Proficient in all Microsoft Office.
