Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Area Sales Manager to increase sales within the East Azerbaijan area and guide a team of Field Sales Representatives. As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the sales operation of your company in a particular geographical area. you manage conduct sales territory analyses, responsibilities include delivering presentations to potential and existing customers, and your responsibilities include evaluating the performance of the sales team and preparing concise sales reports. You should also be able to develop as well as modify customer frequency plans as needed. - Maintain, increase sales of company’s products and reach the targets and goals set for your area - Establish, maintain and expand your customer base - Regularly review sales data and create reports for sales manager - Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets. - Communicate actively with sales teams in a given area to help foster a team environment - Recruit, Manage, train, and provide overall guidance to the sales team - Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers - Keep up to date with products and competitors

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field is preferred - 5 years’ experience in FMCG sales. - Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills - Effective communication and negotiation skills - Exceptional customer service skills - Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications - The ability to manage and motivate a team - Good planning and organizational skills - Good budget and report writing skills
