Job Description
Supervising the performance of supervisors selling branches and personnel under their authority
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of demand forecasting methods
- Supervision over the implementation of financial commitments of customers to the company and follow up to meet commitments - Supervision of the interaction of sales staff with customers
- Planning the activities of the monitored units in accordance with the policies and policies set
- Reviewing and presenting executive suggestions on how to improve sales practices and the optimal use of resources
- Solving customer problems in relation to sales and after sales services
- Preparing and presenting plans to improve the level of competitive ability and position of the company
- Preparation of sales analysis reports and their reflection to senior executives of the organization
- Ensure timely and correct delivery of products to customers
- Planning motivational plans to increase sales and profitability of products and services
- Selection, recruitment, training and motivation of supervised personnel
- Determine the order of goods and planning for supply of goods
- Evaluation of areas under the supervision of new branches
- Establishing new branches according to the company's policy and policy aimed at promoting and increasing market share
- Identify loyal customers of the system and try to maintain and increase them
- Raise the percentage of loyal customers and consider more and more bids
- Collect information from all similar products, rival companies to know about the quality, price and terms of their products
