Job Description
• Meets area sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions and etc.;
• Achieves area sales operational objectives by contributing area sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends and implementing change;
• Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district pharma representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key accounts and identifying new customer opportunities.
• Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets;
• Dealing with more than one distributor and many branches, monitoring sales forces of distributor performance and motivating them to reach targets, using different compliant approaches;
• Collaborate with centers to ensure that new products reach the right markets at the optimal time.
