Job Description

-Full implementation of company strategies, policies and tasks in line with its monthly and yearly sales plan and stretch targets in defined region of supervision via all active sales channels with the aim to achieve company sales -Cascading the sales plan to action plan for related accounts -Regular visit of accounts and their markets along with proposing solutions proactively to enable them to achieve their targets -Continuous analysis of the markets and all main accounts in the market for finding the best replacement and future accounts -Searching for prospects & initiating negotiations to boost sales -Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders -Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests. -Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates *Job Location: Pakdasht

Requirements

-At least 5years sales experience in FMGC industry -At least 5 years in same position -At least Bachelor degree in MBA / Industrial Engineering/ Management -Knowledge in sales analysis -Knowledge in distribution •Other Requirement: -Systems thinking -Time Management -Problem-solving and good analytical skills -Good organizational skills -Flexibility and adaptability -Business awareness and understanding of business requirements -Communication and negotiation skills -Self-motivated and Team working skills
