We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to organize and oversee the operations of our stores in a city or province. You will assume responsibility for the overall success of the stores by following targets, supervising store managers, and ensuring they are attained.
Requirements
*Proven experience as area manager, sales manager, store manager or similar managerial role
*Ability Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
*Ability to supervise the process and lead the people
*Communications skill
* Able to use Excel and Outlook properly
* Bachelor/ Master's degree in Business Management or other equivalent fields
* 4 years of relevant experience (as a manager)
* Age: 30–40
