Job Description

* Lead and represent the company in pre-defined location in Iran. The Area Sales Manager is fully responsible for achieving the sales targets in his area while maintaining strong relationship with customers * Ensure sustainable achievement of expected results in terms of KPIs and fundamentals like coverage, distribution, in-store visibility/availability in respective area * Implement, follow and measure the monthly targets week by week in order to ensure reaching the area's targets and increasing sales of Company's product * Assign sales territories, breakdown sales targets and establish efficient routs for the team of sales force * Build a sales plan, analyze data, prepare required reports and provide market insight for sales development and Marketing team * Establish and Maintain relationship with existing customers and resolve complaints regarding sales and service * Regular visits to the market for back check and to review and evaluate performance of sales force based KPIs * Work closely with Logistic department and try to improve efficiency of on-time and in-full distribution of products in respective area * Lead team's development and training in a positive spirit driving at fair evaluation of individual performances
