Job Description

Provide leadership, expertise and professional advice to the company on whole sales and retail sales matters, ensuring that Nestlé and Kayla's business objectives are supported with the right sales strategy Build and develop a highly motivated, target oriented sales team, capable of meeting, or exceeding, demanding and stretching targets and profit margin objectives Set direction for the implementation of the sales business plans and ensure the enforcement Ensure promotions/plans are set and followed throughout the year Provide high level direct sales support to teams involved in promoting sales to retail channels in order to create win-win business situations Plan, develop and lead sales plans and other plans of company in region Visit and support branches on monthly basis providing required insight and commitment when required Develop and implement the Sales Plan and budgets in coordination with Sales Development team to support the implementation and realization of agreed corporate business goals Prepare regular sales activity reports, including analysis, comment and suggested ways forward, for consideration by management Develop and implement policies and procedures that provide for effective workflows and facilitate the achievement of business plans and objectives Maintain and improve product knowledge of the sales team and field managers and to update knowledge on the product and competitors continually Monitor sales records and regional distributors' performances regularly

Requirements

At least Bachelor Degree (Preferably Management, Marketing, MBA) At least 5 years of experience in retail (FMCG sales) / At Least 2 years of experience at the related position/s Leadership & people management Analytical mind Effective Planning Ability Good Negotiation, Communication &Presentation skills Problem Solving Good command of English Language High computer literacy skills Ideal Age Range: 32 - 40
