Job Description
• Dominant in S&OP processes. • Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. • Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales. • Preferred have work experience in the cellulose industry. • Have strong communication skills and negotiation skills. • Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures. • Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met. • Management power and leadership of personnel.
Requirements
• Ability to technical understanding of the product, material, and machinery. • Familiar with contract processes. • Familiar with calculation P&L and financial processes. • At least a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. • At least 5 years’ experience in related fields. • Advanced skills in Microsoft office and sales software. • Fluent in English • Location: Gilan
