Job Description
• To maintain a good working relationship with the MTNI Connects and ensure Irancell’s “Presence in the Dealer’s Mind”.
• To resolve any sales issues regarding Dealers and MTNI Connects sales’ frauds, training needs, etc.
• To lead development and enhancement of various PPPs related to service delivery in area of IFM Support services.
• To arrange for seamless implementation of sales plan activities, including sales events/trade shows and promotions for all regional Dealers and MTNI Connects.
• To assist Dealers and MTNI Connects in all levels of technical support including account planning, systems access, and payment troubleshooting.
• To collect, analyze, track and address any probable issues (such as technical and non-technical complaints, claims and frauds) reported by regional Dealers and MTNI Connects on the spot where applicable and escalate outstanding ones for follow-up.
• To conduct visits to Dealers and MTNI Connects on a weekly and monthly basis to get latest update on conditions, including stock availability, merchandising items, and sales performance status.
• To arrange for training of new Dealers and MTNI connects regarding systems, products and various services.
• To support regional Dealers and MTNI connects with their sales targets.
• To gather on the field market data on competitors such as pricing, service offerings, etc. and providing feedback to regional management.
• To balance the sales points within the region for increasing the sales points availability.
• To track regional registrations and activations (iSim, TDD, FDD, Swap, MNP) on a daily/weekly basis.
• To ensure that all dealers’ registrations are done correctly and documents are sent to Customer Relations for documentation.
• To maintain Document Management Systems and that Dealers databases are regularly updated.
• To report geographical position of all points of sales regularly in the regions based on GPS coordinates.
• To specify top dealers and introduce them to the management.
• To prepare daily, weekly and monthly report on ongoing regional sales performance.
