Job Description
• To collect, analyze, track and address any probable issues (such as technical and non-technical complaints, claims and frauds) reported by regional Dealers and MTNI Connects on the spot where applicable and escalate outstanding ones for follow-up • To arrange for training of new Dealers and MTNI connects regarding systems, products and various services • To support regional Dealers and MTNI connects with their sales targets • To track regional registrations and activations (iSim, TDD, FDD, Swap, MNP) on a daily/weekly basis • To ensure that all dealers’ registrations are done correctly and documents are sent to Customer Relations for documentation • To specify top dealers and introduce them to the management • To prepare daily, weekly and monthly report on ongoing regional sales performance
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline • Minimum of 2 years’ of experience in an area of specialization; with experience in working with others • Experience working in a small to medium organization
