Job Description

Job Purpose: Active field supervision for Supervisors (Sales and Marketing) allowing effective on the job training & coaching. Clear understanding of dynamics in terms of sales, marketing, distribution and volume trends evolution of company brand competition within (territory/region) under supervision. Main Areas of Responsibility: • To develop and execute sales and distribution plan that meets brand, volume and profit objectives for each trade channel. To follow up on achievements through monthly reviews while setting clear direction on way forward for meeting those targets. • To keep alignment with key area trade customers including wholesalers and ensure the distribution of company brands within the area. • To plan, execute and develop marketing activities based on defined objectives. • To manage the team to achieve determined sales and marketing targets and to assist them to have full control over covered channels allowing the adaptation to new market changes through continuous assessing. • To arrange monthly visit schedule to various territories/regions to be submitted on the first of each month as well reporting by end of each month achievements vs plan.

Requirements

Education: - Bachelor or master university degree, preferably MBA, Marketing and Business Management or equivalent. Work Experience and Competencies: - At least 2 years’ experience in marketing and sales with role of Supervisor/Area Manager in FMCG industry is mandatory. - Substantial Iran market knowledge and experience. - Very good knowledge of FMCG industry and retail channel in Khuzestan area. - Strong managerial and negotiation skills - Creative problem solver Computer and Languages Skills: - Expert to work with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and etc.). - English fluency written and spoken.
