**Area Manager is responsible for Kermanshah & Kordestan province and traveling between them is unavoidable.** 1- Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees 2- Plan and review compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures 3- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implementing production, productivity; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends 4- Forecasting – Manage and own metrics that objectively monitor the supply side of the business. Balance supply growth with the demand to ensure optimization 5- Building an A-team – Responsible for hiring and managing a team that will consistently achieve/exceed growth targets. 6- Help scale the city through developing and sharing best practices
