• Architects begin designing a project at the planning stage of development. They first meet with the client to determine their requirements for the project.
• Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
• Developing and presenting project proposals.
• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
• Preparation of 3D ,2D, executive and workshop and employer roles and presenting explosive and disassembly roles of the designed product manufacturing stages.
• Controlling of design interactions and providing solutions
• An awareness of the specific environmental and social impact of your projects
• prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to the client
• project manage and help to coordinate the work of contractors
• resolve problems and issues that arise during construction
• ensure that the environmental impact of the project is managed.
