Job Description
● Managing the architectural documents of the projects prior to and during the construction. ● Leading the process of providing phase 2 architecture documents based on the selected phase 1 elements. ● Coordinating the architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural documents of the project. ● Solving the architectural problems during construction. ● Managing the procurement of interior design and phase 2 documents based on the finalized designs. ● Managing the execution of contests for the initial design and concept of the projects. ● Managing the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in architecture or engineering projects. ● Directing, reviewing, or approving project design changes.
Requirements
● Gender: Male. ● Master’s degree in Architecture. ● Minimum of 10 years of experience in Phase 2-Design of residential-commercial building projects, especially in luxurious projects. ● Full mastery of procurement of phase 2 architecture. ● Full mastery of the details of luxurious buildings. ● Full mastery of Revit Software. ● Full familiarity with Civil Engineering and Construction Projects.
