Job Description
The candidate for architectural designer (engineer) should work cooperatively with the engineering department of company and prepare the phase 1 & 2 drawing tasks of this section. Essential Skills • Programs, plans and develops Industrial building designs, experience with all phases of a design process. • As a part of a project team, develops design drawings and prepares construction documents. • May provide support during construction administration to team implementing the design solution. • Understanding of building materials and systems, methods of construction and the integration of building services, core and building envelop elements. • Understanding of building, zoning codes and methods of calculating areas for multiple purposes. • Ability to collaborate and coordinate with engineering disciplines for a comprehensive design. • Interact with client, client representatives and contractors on the technical aspects of the project design and delivery.
Requirements
• Male • Age 25 - 35 • Minimum 3 years of experience required with Corporate Commercial and Science & Technology building projects • B.Sc or M.Sc. Degree in Architecture field is required. • Demonstrated program experience in the usage of Revit, Auto CAD, ArchiCAD, basic rendering and publishing programs, and Microsoft Office suite required • Familiarity with building codes, abnieh price list, tender documents • Strong organizational, communications (both verbal and written) skills, and leadership abilities are required • Ability to effectively coordinate with internal architectural and engineering team members is required • Good English ability • Ability to do few-days mission around the country.
