Job Description

Objective of the role: Brief: We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill an Architectural Designer position. The candidate shall review the architectural documents, process the design completion, provide architecture details and communicate them to contractors, and do supervision on them. Description • Review the architectural documents and coordinate all architectural aspects of the project with other disciplines. • Specialist in Phase 2 Executive and Cognitive Details • Overall supervision on the performance of the contractors. • Use computer-aided drafting and related soft-wares to produce construction documents. • Estimate material and work

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor in Architecture. • 5 years’ experience in architecture • experienced in all phases of design process and ability to oversee technical issues and design changes. • Being dominated by design software. Architectural drawings include 3DS, CAD and Rhino and the like • Self-Motivated person – Multi task. • Strong organizational skills - Having good teamwork skills to communicate with other team members. • Ability to work closely with/in interior design team.
