Job Description

Objective of the role: This is a high-rise and complex building including commercial, restaurants, offices and wedding hall. Brief: We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill an Architectural Designer position. The candidate shall review the architectural documents, process the design completion, provide architecture details and communicate them to contractors, and do supervision on them. Description • Review the architectural documents and coordinate all architectural aspects of the project with other disciplines. • Ensure all designs comply with council and fire regulations. • Overall supervision on the performance of the contractors. • Use computer-aided drafting and related soft-wares to produce construction documents. • Estimate material and work

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor in Architecture. • 10 years experience in architecture high-rise commercial design is desired. • experienced in all phases of design process and ability to oversee technical issues and design changes. • Understanding of building materials and systems, methods of construction and the integration of building MEP. • Understanding of building codes and Fire regulations. • Ability to collaborate and coordinate with engineering disciplines for a comprehensive design. • Self-Motivated person – Multi task. • Strong organizational skills - Having good teamwork skills to communicate with other team members. • Ability to work closely with/in interior design team. • Good English, Experience working with overseas consultants is an advantage.
