Job Description
The applicant will be responsible for providing product customer support in the native language of Arabic. The product’s customer support will include the followings:
- Answering emails in Arabic.
- Responding to comments in social media pages.
- Responding to feedback and comments in the Google Play and App store pages.
- Help in the Arabic translation of the contents
- Provide insights and suggestions regarding the general culture, habits, and preferences of Arabic countries.
- The job is part-time
