Job Description

● Help to support customers in utilizing the software and related issues. ● Work to help deal with internal technical issues, or they might assist customers or clients with software utilization issues. ● Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes, oversee the daily performance of software, perform initial debugging procedures, prepare evaluations of software and recommend improvements or upgrades. ● Provide suggestions on areas of process improvements, and research on technologies and/or trends.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or Information Technology. ● Communicative and problem-solving skills. ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ● Experience in supporting TAVL (Teltonika Automatic Vehicle Locator) systems is advantageous. ● Experience in supporting and developing workflows in the Jira Service Desk is advantageous. ● Good understanding of SQL, Warehouse, and BI concepts. ● Experience in using MS SQL tools (SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS). ● Experience in building Power BI reports is advantageous. ● Experience in using any Source Control Software like Team Foundation Server/VSS/SVN.
