Job Description
•Main Objective: Involved in the whole process of developing custom software solutions including analysis, design, build and maintenance using Barsa Application Framework. We work in small agile teams in customers place or inside Barsa. •Main Responsibilities: -Take meeting with domain specialists and analyze requirements -Design and implement using Barsa framework -Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications -Translate business goals, feature concepts and customer needs into prioritized product requirements and use cases -Translate technical specifications into detailed product requirements
Requirements
-At least 3 years of hands-on experience with enterprise software development -Familiar with UML and BPMN -Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills -Excellent communication and documenting skills -Teamwork skills and adaptability in a changing environment. -Excellent analytical and problem solving skills -Experience with Agile software development methodologies -Experience with .NET Framework, C#(or JAVA), JavaScript -Experience with in SQL Server (or ORACLE) development and administration •Other Beneficial Skills: -Experience with development or implementation of software in at least one enterprise domain such as financial, sales, logistics, human resource and etc -Familiar with BI and Reporting Service
