Job Description
An operations expert with excellent knowledge about managing operations, excellent English language, three years of relevant work experience, and handling Air shipments in an international freight forwarding company is required.
● Receive orders from the sales department and process the required arrangements for delivery.
● Negotiate freight rates with operational counterparts and other companies to get high-quality services at the most competitive price.
● Execute required arrangements with shipping companies.
● Keep records of production, dispatch, stuffing, and clearance process.
● Track delivery status to meet the deadlines and preparing order status reports.
● Update sales team and customers on an orders status and all shipment schedules.
● Prepare all required shipping documents.
● Solve problems on logistic services.
