Job Description

-Responsible for tackling the enquiries received from customers -Receive, coordinate, and process all sales orders based on the customer’s requests (with accuracy and speed) -Execute all shipments for which bookings are confirmed by sales in a prompt an efficient manner -Proactively do and manages the shipment process from booking to job closure, in compliance with all company procedures. Provide status updates to customers and resolve inquiries -Check for account profile information and customer product information to be up to date -Supervise all shipment flow processes for operations, documentation, invoicing and follow up with finance

Requirements

-At least 1 year experience in related freight forwarding covering Air Freight. -Education and experience in forwarding, airlines. Familiar with procedures / requirements in Iran -Shipping modules and product knowledge -Customer Service Oriented: outstanding communication and people skills; energetic and enthusiastic; takes initiative to effectively anticipate the needs, handle the issues, and resolve the problems of internal and external customers. Proactive and customer-oriented. -Team oriented: actively promote a cooperative / positive team spirit and respect the diverse contributions of teams, partners and networks -Possess good communication and strong interpersonal skills Proficient in English (oral and written), Fluent in English both written and spoken including the ability to communicate with confidence.
