The role of Air Freight Forwarding Manager includes managing air freight forwarding activities such as supervising issuing airways, bills, staff management and training, business development, marketing, and sales of cargo and freight forwarding services.
Requirements
● More than 5 years of proven working experience in sales or operation management in an air freight forwarding company.
● Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant fields).
● Strong knowledge of all updated air transport courses.
● Leadership and teamwork skills.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Experience in sales and marketing.
● Fluent in INCOTERMS (Latest edition).
● Strong understanding of international shipping methods, freight forwarding, and courier services.
● Knowledge of import/export regulations.
● Cargo/courier experience.
● Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
● Experienced in negotiations and concluding contracts.
● Strong analytical skills for business development and sales improvement.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet required deadlines.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
