Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the development of the core features of RAD AI Lab data products. You will work together with internal stakeholders (Team lead, R&D team, Business domain experts) to analyze proposed product ideas and further develop detailed descriptions and features. You will be held responsible for the identification and development of the minimum viable product (MVP), its successful delivery (together with the data development teams), and team progress facilitation. Core Responsibilities: * Planning and leading team meetings, e.g. daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, retrospective meetings, system demos, etc.; * Demonstrating vast knowledge of various patterns, anti-patterns, and techniques to help the team understand issues and improve e.g. Retrospective formats, basic team metrics burndowns, simple root cause analysis techniques, etc.; * Investigate and define the Minimal Viable Product required for validating the initial hypothesis and the pre-defined measures; * Own the product extension from design until go-live including all supporting documentation (API’s, guides, handovers, training material for various audiences); * Assessing the maturity of the team and help them improve to achieve a higher level that is sustainable and adaptable; * Demonstrating a real willingness to disrupt psychological inertia to help the team build up; Deep business knowledge in AI and ML sector and capable to collaborate with Business and R&D teams.
