Job Description

● This job opportunity is for Air treatment div of Pakshoma group ● Providing help and advice to customers and technicians, using organization’s products or services. ● Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face. ● Handling customer complaints or any major incidents ● keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers; ● analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing; ● producing written documents for technicians. ● Working with CRM software

Requirements

● Bachelor or higher level education in relevant Engineering field of study such as mechanics or industrial. ● Fluent in English both in writing and speaking ● Customer relationship knowledge and noticeable skill of negotiation is highly required ● Minimum 3 years of experience in After Sales Service business ● Appropriate Knowledge of customer satisfaction factors in terms of after sales service ● Familiar with home appliance industry, specially air conditioner. ● Dedicated, committed and challenging person to resolve daily work upcoming issues ● Expert in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint) ● Able to get on with others and be a team-player. ● Aggressive, energetic and social. ● Flexible with business travel requirements
