Job Description

- Checking the quality of provided services to the customers - Monitor and supervise service reports - Manage customer relations - Plan and organize periodic visits for key customers and get feedback for improvement - Negotiate warranty contracts

Requirements

- Troubleshooting - Minimum 2 years of experience - At least B.A degrees of related fields - Creative Problem-Solving - Strong social skills - Strong Written and Verbal Communication - Experience in after sales management is considered an advantage - Age range: Maximum 38 years old - Motivated, high willing, energized and active - Well knowing of activities related to after sales services (call center, managing agents, repairment, accounting and…) - Acquaintance to after sales services applications (specially soroushan)
