Job Description

-Planning, implementing, maintaining and promoting service processes -Daily supervising of services -Regular customer visit -Communicating machine manufacturer the guarantee services and manufacturing problems -Planning of technical training of service people -Responsible for financial outcome and revenue improvement -Provision of reports related to service processes in quality, cost and delivery areas

Requirements

-Self-esteemed and able to manage relations with colleagues -Electrical and Mechanical systems -Leading and coordinating of personnel -Computer and related Engineering Software's -System Thinking and understanding the needs and expectations of other organization departments -Ability to manage himself and subordinates in high tension environment -Advanced in English Writing and Speaking (by phone, in person and handling small meetings) -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal Age Range: 35 - 45
