Job Description
-Manage request, claims and complaints from customers and cover all case till customer satisfaction
-Manage technicians’ team to do installation for customer per request
-Manage shop task related to customer purchase with related staff
-Collaborate with sales team to fulfill customer needs & expectations
-Coordinate the delivery of effective and efficient service
-Plan and manage the peak and off peak hours for Customer Service staff
-Participate in training the staff
-Control and assure a high quality level of customer service
-Manage escalated calls and queries
