Job Description

Cafebazaar is looking for an exceptional and innovative Advertising Sales Development Rep to drive video advertising sales strategy including collaborating with sales people and maximizing revenue generation. You will identify opportunities to accelerate growth and increase efficiencies by working with salespeople and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your overarching objective will be to help salespeople effectively and efficiently grow globally In terms of lead generation and market expansion. Your primary goal is to ensure that the salespeople have what they need to sell successfully. Since we're still in startup mode, there's a lot of rolling up your sleeves and getting into the weeds to drive direct impact on a daily basis. We knock out today's problems while also balancing our need to build for the long-term. You will be joining the Sales Operations team as a generalist, gaining exposure to a wide variety of challenges, processes, and Information that makes the engine of this sales organization. Responsibilities - Analyze the market and competitive initiatives to identify areas of opportunity within the organization. Also, Be able to identify useful information that affects our decisions and then, detect the source and try to acquire it. use the inside data and outside information as well as his sense of business to conclude insights. - Gather all effective inside data about Our media and previous campaigns including digital metrics and client return on investment and their effectiveness and propose suggestions for our sales strategies. - Enable and help maximize business performance; identify strategic priorities and set targets for each market segment, and search for market expansion opportunities. - Lead, launch, and land strategic and operations projects to help salespeople perform more effectively in helping customers grow. - Participate in sales meetings and executive-level presentations. - Seek out continual improvement opportunities in lead generation, market segment strategies, and sales approaches. - Pull ongoing and ad-hoc reporting for business reviews, both to inform the team's own performance and also how it impacts Cafebazaar’s overall company success metrics, and provide visibility and insights and drive business decision making.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: - Being Curious about related news and distinguishing their effects on our business and the proper way to respond. - Demonstrated experience in business-to-business marketing. - Experience in leading projects end-to-end, analyzing Information across multiple sources, leading interviews with executive stakeholders, synthesizing insights, storytelling, and presenting to executives. - Structure quickly analyses to answer key business questions to drive decision-making. Excel skills are a must. - Communication and stakeholder management: you'll need to be able to connect with salespeople and engineers to figure out how we build the right processes and workflows to drive efficiency while also giving the team the data to measure how it is doing. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. - Solid understanding of the Digital Advertising industry, and customers' marketing and media strategies. Preferred Qualifications: - Work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or sales strategy, within the advertising industry; video and content focus greatly preferred. - Ability to lead complex strategic initiatives. - Extensive problem-solving skills. - Executive-level written and spoken communication skills. - Bachelor or Master's Degree from a Business University.
