Job Description

-Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns -Direct, motivate, and monitor the mobilization of a campaign team to advance campaign goals -Inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, audio and video tapes, and other promotional material for adherence to specifications. -Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments, and advertising agencies. -Coordinate activities of departments, such as sales, graphic arts, media, finance, and research -Coordinate with the media to disseminate advertising. -Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts. -Identifying advertising objectives -Developing advertising strategy -Targeting markets that need to be reached to satisfy client demand -Managing all advertising efforts -Managing an entire advertising department, when necessary -Developing advertising plans for both traditional and digital outlets -Overseeing the implementation of all media outlet plans -Meeting with clients to provide marketing and technical advice -Input in hiring advertising, promotion, and marketing staff -Overseeing the daily activity of advertising, promotion -Design and development of marketing plans and policies -Management and organization of brand affairs and corporate identity -Research and market analysis -Managing and organizing customer relations, including exhibitions, congresses, congresses, customer complaints -Planning and Launching new products and brands on the market


-BSc/ MSc in advertising, Graphic or related field -At least 4 years of relevant experience with advertisement -Dominate On adobe and MS-office -Must be able to analyze industry trends in order to determine the most promising strategies for their organization or clients -Good communication skills, creativity, good decision-making skills, and well-developed organizational skills in order to manage their time and budget efficiently while directing and motivating staff members. -Create interest among potential buyers of a product or service for a department, an entire organization, or a project basis -Language Skills: at least Intermediate -Ideal Age Range: 33 - 45 -Gender Preference: Male
