With 40 million active users, Cafebazaar is going to develop a new digital marketing channel business. Powered by a work culture focused on high performance and continuous improvement, the company will be the biggest search ad channel in the country. Now is the critical time of our expansion. People are discovering Cafebazaar every day across the country, and our search product is among the top most popular search engines in Iran. We want app developers find us a trustworthy, affordable user acquisition channel. Our ads sales manager is responsible for getting attention of digital marketers to Cafebazaar search ads as a an important channel. This role will be responsible for the end to end sales process. You will help identify, convince and retain key potential customers , and you will also support the strategy and creative proposals. Key Responsibilities: - Set high sales targets and meet them - Develop business cases and proposals based on customer needs - Build strong and long-term relationships with our customers - Design and lead the sales process until contracts happen - Monitor contracts and grasp opportunities to upsell - Derive opportunities from trends and our capacity

Requirements

- Candidate must be self-motivated, flexible, and be able to work effectively autonomously. S(He) must not be disappointed by hearing negative answers after several months. - Prior experience in Advertising company or as a digital marketing expert is a plus, but not a prerequisite. - Listen actively to customers and find their mentioned and unmentioned needs. Successful experience in making contracts. - Ability to find right persons and convince them in the right way. - Be indefatigable by following-up leads. - An strategic state of mind in order to set smart targets and find ways to achieve them.
