With more than 43 million active users, Cafebazaar is going to develop a new digital marketing channel business. Powered by a work culture focused on high performance and continuous improvement, the company will be the biggest ad channel in terms of application user acquisition in the country. Now is the critical time of our expansion. People are discovering Cafebazaar every day across the country, and our App store is the top reference. We want app developers to find us a trustworthy, affordable user acquisition channel. Our ads sales expert is responsible for getting the attention of digital marketers to Cafebazaar ads as an important channel. This role will be responsible for the end to end sales process. You will help identify, convince, and retain key potential customers, and you will also support the strategy and creative proposals. Key Responsibilities: -Cold calling -Build strong and long-term relationships with our customers -follow-up of the sales process until contracts happen -Monitor contracts and grasp opportunities to upsell

Requirements

-The candidate must be self-motivated, flexible, and be able to work effectively autonomously. S(He) must not be disappointed by hearing negative answers after several months. -Strong communication skills and responsible -Listen actively to customers and find their mentioned and unmentioned needs. -Successful experience in making contracts. -Ability to find the right person and convince them in the right way. -Be indefatigable by following-up leads. -Strong presentation skills -Having strong self-confidence and a high EQ
