Job Description

- Assisting the organization in achieving goals and outlook using strategic human resource planning - Leading and supervising all activities related to staffing, training, supplying and planning of human resources, labor relations, and administrative services - Planning, organizing, directing, controlling or coordinating employee activities, training, or working relationships of an organization - Analyze data and statistical reports to identify the causes of personnel problems and provide recommendations for improving the policies and practices of the staff of the organization - Preparing and tracking the budget for personnel operations by maintaining records and collecting statistical reports related to personnel data such as recruitment, transfer, performance evaluation and absenteeism - Formulate HR strategies in line with organizational strategies - Analyze, Design, Evaluate and Job categorization

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of related work experience - Ability to make teams, leading and directing people (Leadership skills) - Ability to establish a system for evaluating the performance of employees - Ability to formulate human resources strategies (salary, training, human resource planning, labor relations, administrative services) - Mastering the rules of labor and social security and taxes and salaries - Ability and experience in reengineering organizational structure, complication and providing performance improvement solutions - Mastering all kind of Organizational charts, methods and processes of human resources - Familiarity with the principles and methods of recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, staff relations and negotiations, and personnel information systems - Punctual, orderly, creative, thinker and energetic
