Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience
- Ability to make teams, leading and directing people (Leadership skills)

- Mastering the rules of labor and social security and taxes and salaries
- Ability and experience in reengineering organizational structure, complication and providing performance improvement solutions
- Mastering all kind of Organizational charts, methods and processes of human resources
- Familiarity with the principles and methods of recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, staff relations and negotiations, and personnel information systems
