Job Description
•Main Objective:
Finding the best solution for improving admin system, controlling and monitoring the running costs of company and providing administrative support and managing their queries
•Main Responsibilities:
-Conduct of employee affair
-Conduct of procurement affair
-Conduct of relationship affair
-Conduct of maintenance affair
-Order office supplies
-Arranging bureau activities and dominated by official correspondence, contracts
-Ensure high quality, transparent, timely and efficient recruitment process in compliance with MFS policies and national labor law
-Oversee, coordinate the preparation of adverts, receive applications, selection, and shortlist, and inform selected candidates
-Getting involved in the interviews, induction and orientation for both coordination and the field new staff
