Beyond Group is constantly looking for highly motivated and talented individuals who want to join a growing and dynamic international business (Freight forwarding & Logistics), The sole focus of the position is to organize company’s administrative activities. - Arrangements of company's calls, appointments, and management’s daily agenda - Management of letters, emails, contracts, documents including typing, and packages - Liaising with management board, operations, accounting, agents, and clients - Front face of company’s clients, visitor’s, and guests - Salary: Negotiable - Other Benefits: Health insurance.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any subject - Punctual, organized, and time management skills - Good communication skills - Work experience in the international transport/logistics industry is a plus - Highly motivated - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Good knowledge of IT skills including MS office (word, Excel, Power point) - Good command of English language skills - Gender: Female - Ideal age: 25-35
