Job Description

- Follow up with different departments of the company on delegated affairs. - Support personnel administrative through activities including preparing and managing correspondence, reports, documents, telephone calls and etc. - Organize, plan & follow up the internal activities related to the business. - Logging or processing bills or expenses. - Keep track of activities until results are achieved. - Planning and organizing superiors' activities. - Liaising with relevant organizations and clients

Requirements

- Honesty and personal maturity. - Intelligence. - Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Internet. - Typing without difficulty both in English and Farsi. - High level of organization and self-discipline. - High level of energy and motivation, and interest in learning. - Ability to coordinate multiple activities. - Being very responsible, creative, good team player, and loyal to work. - Effective communication skill and Excellent Public relations. - Smart and fast learner. - Flexible and able to deliver tasks under time limitation. - Excellent organizational skill.
