- Follow up the staff records of who has been recruited
- Archive and logging personnel records
- Perform all administrative affairs include setting up a staff contract, employee insurance, etc.
- Doing affairs related to employee attendance system
- Providing general administrative support to CEO & Senior Managers
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in management , Communication Sciences
- Mastering relevant software including Office, PW- Kara, etc.
- At least 5 years’ experiences
- Full mastery of administrative correspondence
- Good communications skills
