Job Description

• Providing Administrative support to staff including (office supplies, equipment…) • Supervise and facilitate the presence of expats (visa, work permit,…) • Prepare and monitor invoices received from restaurant, travel agency… • Providing and supervising communication system in the company (Tel, mobile,…) • Managing the affairs regarding company’s properties (office, residential building,…) • Supervising food supply (finding supplier, control the quality, payment..) • Handling purchase requests (Petty Cash) • Preparing reports for HR manager on periodic intervals

Requirements

-Bachelor in business, management, finance or similar relevant field - MS Office skills (advanced Excel) - 3+ years of experience in Administrative field in a supervisory role -Good public relation -possibility stay in Qeshm -Active and eager to follow different type of tasks
